Writing, Organizing

Please take out the writing you began during our last class.  Plan on writing for 30 minutes.
Remember when you feel you have finished your story you must:


  • Reread it for organization - does your story have a beginning middle and an end.
  • Turn boring words in to exciting words (especially verbs and adjectives).
  • See if you can insert some figurative language - similes, personification, hyperbole.
